Crazy enduro racing

Yeh, that does not look fun. I would rather be going fast and hitting some jumps.

More bulldogin then riding. When I have to carry it more then I throttle it, I'm done.

I bet there’s s lot of clutch failures

I like the idea of things that are technically challenging, but that's not riding a bike. It's just pushing one along a trail. Might as well be watching competitive backpacking, or competitive portaging canoes. What's the point?

I love watching hard enduro and pretending I might be able to do some of that stuff. The Level of talent that even the mid-pack guys have is completely insane. There's similar stuff in the US. I think someone from here has ran one, @BIGWOODY maybe?

Watch the Red bull Hare Scramble (aka Erzberg Rodeo) for some great video of low and high speed crazy stuff.

Also, look up Graham Jarvis on YouTube, grab a beer, and enjoy.

I've raced several and love that type riding. I've run the TKO (Tenn. knock out) , Battle of the goats , Groundhog extreme enduro and a few others. I compare it rock crawling on a bike. It's the only type racing I've ever done that your wallet does not come into play.

This is from the Tenn. knock out.

Looks like fun. I loved riding really technical stuff back in the day. I beat on old Honda XRs for years, and enjoyed it.
Man I miss my old XR. It was a 80 frame with a 125 motor set in it. It would haul ass with my 100 lb self!

Through the years I had a 70, 80, 100, and many 200 and 250s.

My dad bought a honda fat cat new, that was 4 year old as a left over. That thing would climb a tree, but was super sketchy above 10mph...

With me being a small feller (graduated @ ~100 lbs) that 125 on a 80 frame was perfect. I almost never sat down and it would climb up just about anything.
