So this is nuts and kind of old but it'll make you cringe just watching it if you ever work out. I've done it for about a week (not all of it obviously with a broken foot) and I feel like I got ran over 6 or 7x. Fastest person on the set did it in 18min after 4 mo of training.

, but lift 4 days a week year round and wakeboard 4 days a week in the summer/fall. I'll do the 300 workout about once every two months or so. 

. Everyone just forgets to follow diet up and thinks they are going to look/feel better. Best thing to remember if you start acting/eating healthy the girlfriends tend to follow your lead!
