Need a focused beam pattern?

As an option we offer the HD Curved Light Bars with an impressive optic design
delivering a high intensity focused spot pattern. Mix that with the curvature of the bar
and you get a very useful light!!

The bars are measured along the curve and are available but website is getting restructed. They will be back on shortly.

Pricing is $550 for 50" and $605 for 50" HD optics. Depending on what type of vehicle you have we are pairing up with a roof mount company for anything other than jeeps.

Message me for forum pricing and I will provide my discount code.

Just installed a 30" curved pushing 16400 for $350 shipped.

Smallest curved is 20"?

What material is the housing of the light bars and the mount kits? How waterproof are they? Are the housings available in any other color than black?

@rockcity
If you go any smaller for curved/radius bars the curvature would not be noticeable or effective. It would almost be best to get a straight bar with either Flood pattern or Combo.

Housings come in black but you could have them painted.

Here are the specs for the 20":
- Power: 120W
- Lumens: 9,900 lm
- LED: 40PCS*3W(CREE LED)
- Amp Draw(12V DC): 10A
- Dust and waterproof: IP68
- Material: Extruded 6061 Aluminum Housing
- Lens: Polycarbonate
- Dimensions:24" X 3.5" X 4.5" inch

What is an IP rating?
IP stands for Ingress Protection and is essentially a rating system developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission or the IEC. The system is now being used to classify different degrees of protection against intrusion or immersion. In other words, when Samsung, Sony or anyone else claims something is ‘waterproof’ or dustproof’ the IP rating will tell you how well it can guard against dust or water from damaging your expensive investment.

The IP rating is usually followed by two digits. The first indicates the level of dust-resistance, the second water resistance. Dust-resistance levels go from 0 up to 6 while water-resistance goes from 0 to 9.

The higher up the scale, the better the smartphone or tablet is at offering protection. So if you have a smartphone that is IP68 certified, that means it’s fully dust-proof and water-resistant, although usually to a certain depth and for a certain amount of time for the latter.

OK so your IP68 rating is great but what depth and duration for the continued submersion resistance? This is defined by the manufacturer.

Any experience with mounting these on a boat in salt water conditions?

I do not have experience with this light bar in Salt Water but would suggest a Marine Grade light if this is your sole purpose.

The IP rating is standardized for depth and duration and here is our product description:

Encased in an extremely rugged 6061 aluminum housing featuring a durable polycarbonate (lexan) lens, this strong housing allows us to give this light bar a dust proof and water proof rating of IP68, meaning this unit is completely impervious to dust and suitable for continuous immersion underwater.
