Looking to get a custom driveshaft made for my jeep yj, i live in the raleigh area and not looking to drive to far. Anyone know anywhere close i could go?

Ever better have a driveshaft that would work for me of no of one out of a certain car that would

need a cv shaft, just swapped my np231 with a dana 300 that i flipped, jeep has around 4.5" of suspension lift and was lookin to remove the TC drop but not sure

how long do you need it? reason i ask is cause i just removed my rear CV shaft, replacing it with a new one cuz i'm stretching my wheelbase..... nothing wrong with it except the little rubber boot in the CV joint is broke/gone.....newer u-joints.

Olivers or Carolina Driveline. Either does a great job and will tell you what to measure and then ship you a shaft. If you have to have and need it yesterday there is a fleetpride there that made me some shafts when I was still living in Raleigh.

If you dont mind ordering from out of state, Tatton's Driveline in Utah is really good. I ordered two (2) custom driveshafts for $300 shipped to me. 1310 joints and CV on both ends shipped for the $300. Curtis Tatton 801 685 0056

I'd call Dave at Oliver's....
1) Never know what his price may be
2) if you ever need repair or service, be a lot easier than shipping it back to Utah
3) Dave is the MAN!!

I used Fleet Pride on jones sausage rd in garner to make one for me.

thanks for the input, prolly uses olivers ill just have to make a trip down there

No to fleet pride. Depending on the day, they can be hard to deal with. I have heard Oliver's is good, but never used them. I always use Triangle Drive Shaft and Hydraulic in Durham. The owner's name is Russell. Nice guy. He is reasonably priced and makes one heck of a drive shaft. Lemme know if you want his info. PM me as I might miss this thread...

He did mine too. Most people wouldn't touch a double cardon. He had no problems with it.
