Custom rad fan shroud

When the motor mounts broke at Ivy Branch the fan ate the shroud. Although there was some elegant ziptie engineering involved in the repair I need a new shroud.

Radiator is a custom 4 row, mechanical fan on the Mopar 440 from the original truck, all jammed into my 85 CJ 7.

Where / how do y'all create or purchase custom fan shrouds?

I make shrouds for all my LS swaps, have several files already, most recent one I drew was to accept chevy stock truck fans which are very strong fans, factory used 2 of them but one on this grand wagoneer I just finished is way plenty.
few others I've done as well

Taurus/Volvo fans have a built in shroud :D

Seriously though. Probably a good time to go electric!

I had dual electric fans on the rad that came with it. They didn't move near enough air and I had overheat situations quickly. So in the spirit of make it happen with what's laying around I put the OG fan off the ramcharger and a shorter fan clutch thing on and turned the CJ into an air propelled hybrid.

All was well until I ripped both motor mounts apart (twice) at Ivy and the fan ate the shroud.

The sniper does have built in fan control relays so maybe I could get all snooty falooty like y'all high rollers and go elon on the fans... But that requires more research and likely coin instead of a 55 gallon drum and aluminum diamond plate (both of which I've got "laying around"). Well I don't. Have a plastic drum but surely I could source something roundish

My Taurus fans will literally suck your shirt into the grill through the radiator and p/s coolers. They are stout

I ran a Volvo (same as Taurus, just with a removeable shroud) fan on my Ranger with a stock 3.0 V6 rad for years and never, ever ran hot. 11:1 400 HP SBF for reference.
I've got a ton of info on them and the easy way to control them with OEM parts. I'll be glad to help ya out

I also run a Volvo fan in my buggy with a small 22x19 double pass radiator it keeps my 6.0 cool as can be. I use the factory two speed relay with it as well. It’s ground triggered. I have a 3 position off-on-on switch on the dash wired to the low and high inputs. I keep the switch on grounding the low input and my ECM sends power to the Volvo relay at 185*. If needed I can flip the switch up and put it on high, but I haven’t needed to yet.

I happen to have a Taurus fan laying around that I don't really need :D

What size is the Taurus/Volvo fan? I'm going to an electric fan this go round and if it'll fit on a 22'x19' rad I think it'll work for me.

Much more complicated than using both ECU ground outputs to trigger both fan speeds.

It'll fit.
