What would a 79 F150 D44/9IN axle set be worth? lock out hubs, 3.50 gears, radius arms, steering, leafs ETC included?

Don't know much about the f150s but I seem to remember the spring perches go to cast-on in '79 or '80... Should be worth more if the bracketry is easy to strip off (welded on perches).

Unless your running the stock radius arm suspension I would look for a pre 77 front 44. The weld on wedges are removable unlike the cast on version. The value is probably around $300-$400.

Don't listen to those guys, neither is worth more than $40 apiece, gimme your addy & I'll be happy to come get that crap out of your way.:D

leaf mounts will be a 8 lug D44, 5 lug will be a coil D44. Same guts, different spindles out. Both are desireable for different reasons depending on waht someone is building, usual $250-300 for the front, 9" will be $100-150

pretty sure there's a 1/2" difference on inner shafts too

then how can guys swap to 8 lug outers? Hell its been so long since i have been in a 44 i may be mistaken.

44 is worth about $300 and a 9" is worth about $200. Save the shock mounts, coil mounts, and tracbar mounts with bolts for maximum value.

I had to just about give away the last set I had out of a scrap metal truck....just depends on who is looking and the market at the time...lots for sale or just your set.

I say $250-300 for the front $100-150 for the rear
