D44 axle future SAS

First off howz it. first thread on NC4x4 so far wanted to make a thread in axle/suspension/tires...but it wont let me so all start it here hopefully a ADMIN can move it...

Been looking around the site for a little while and seen a couple SAS tacomas.. which i want and plan to do in the future. had a question on this axle im looking at which im going to wrench off a jeep for free on thursday.

all surface rust off a jeep wagoneer 1988 just had some questions about the coils that mount to the axle and if the mounts are going to be in the way for the leafs? cut them off ? any help or info on the axle
