D60 35 spline conversion ??

I am converting my 30 spline 60 rear to 35 spline and need to know the amount of material to machine from the spindle? Any help would be nice.

go to 1.6-1.62, that is ideal

or just cut the spindles off and weld on ones from a d70.

Or replace said axle with a 14 bolt.........

1.62 is perfect.

Just buy a D70. It will cost less than buying custom 35 spline D60 shafts. That's what I did after breaking a D60 30 spline shaft.
