Going to look at a truck tomorrow and it needs a trans. The subject is a 1995 Dakota with 3.9L V6 and a 46RE trans. My question is what years will interchange and is the bellhousing pattern the same as a small block Chrysler V8? Are there any other vehicles I could look for to snag a trans out of? BTW it is 2wd.
***edit*** After some more research, I have found out that the 3.9L V6 bellhousing is the same as the V8.
