Who might have one locally in Charlotte?
I'll be calling 4WP, Tarheel, and Keffer Jeep.
I ordered 2 from Quadratec and and they sent me only one and I need it quicker than a "FEW" days but Im not paying $30 for next day shipping.
 
Tarheel would likely from what you listed.

There may be some other shops that may have one laying around? Carolina Truggies?
 
I may have one if you want to ride over to Dallas tonight or the Steele Creek area tomorrow during work hours. But I haven't done a ball inventory recently, so I'll have to doublecheck. Then again, Grainger/Motion Industries/etc probably sells what you need, just measure the diameter.
Here's what I get when I search "chrome steel ball 3/8", just change the diameter accordingly and you should be good to go (plus you'll have plenty of spares at $13 per hundred, haha):

It's just a ball bearing... any bearing house can you ready to go for $5 (cheap bearing> break> + spares... for the next time you lose yer balls! :D
 
I found a bearing with the right size in it, got it in and then my shipment from the supplier made it. lol
