Anyone know where I can get a Dana 20 4:1 kit? I heard they are out there.

If anyone would know, I would say Don would. He also has the only true twin stick for a Dana 20 that I know of.

Will the twin stick conversion bring the t-case down to a 4:1?

No, it allows 2WD low range.
Terra Mfg makes a 3.15:1 for the dana 20, years ago I heard of someone making lower gears for the 20 but you had to do extensive machining and welding on the case.

no the twin stick just gives you added transfer case options what he was saying is contact don via eamil ask him about the likely hood of a 4 to 1 kit if he knows of one.

I think you can swap early Bronco Dana 20 gears in to go from 2.0:1 to 2.5:1 with isn't much but it aint $750 either!
