Dana 30 Axle question

Well not to my surprise I broke both front axle shafts on my dana 30 on my ZJ . I have herd the TJ dana 30 have bigger joints . I was wondering if anybody here have or are running RCV ultimate Dana 30 axles .I run 35's on my ZJ and do not want to break any more axles
 
If your ZJ has U-jointed shafts, they are the 297/760 joint size already. If they are CV style, then the TJ/ later XJ shafts would be an upgrade.

I have a set of Nitro shafts Im selling if you're interested...

Until I sold them 10 minutes ago. Anyway-get better shafts.
 
if you have a zj with 35's dont even waste your time with oe shafts. i went down that road and its a real pita get a set of nitro's,ten factory's or if your wallet is thick rcv's. your gonna start stripping ring gears before you break any of those shafts.
 
The spicer 760x ujoints are super strong
 
I ran 37's on my D30 with warn inner shafts and alloy USA outter's, but I took it easy on it. I'm running 33's on those same shafts now with no problems.

Just broke an alloy usa d30 stub last weekend.



That being said, I've got a set of alloy usa shafts with one new outer and new 760 joints I'd sell.
