long story short, i bought a newer non disco d30 for my girlfriend's 88 comanche, but it came with no rotors or calipers

for the time being, so i can get it out of my garage and move it around the yard, is there anything keeping me from swapping the older style knuckles onto the newer front so i can have brakes?

i glanced over it and visually they are pretty similar, except of course for how the caliper mounts, is there anything im missing? maybe different ball joints or something of that nature?

thanks, im tearing into it tomorrow, but im doing quite a few projects all at the same time on the Mj so we'll see how it goes
