If you're gonna just flip the case without using a real flip kit then you'll need to jamb double seals into the shift rail holes to keep it from leaking all the time and you'll also have to rig custom shifters or buy cable shifters. If you have time also take off the inspection cover and stick and extra spring or two into the detent ball holes so your shifter will actually stay in 4-low. I've never seen one that did stay. The speedometer sensor swaps perfectly though. One of the best mods I've done to the zj.
