I need to know the distance from the center of the input shaft to the center of the front output shaft.

measuring along the top side of the case

from center of front output to center of the rear output is 9.5 inches across

you are not wanting an actual measurement from front to back, at an angle right

What I need it ths center of the input to the center of the front output. I am worried about clearamce issue with my front drive shaft and the side of my Transmision if I go with a D300. The D300 is what I want to use as long as it will work.

Unless your running a 700r4 (like me) that has the pan offset to the passenger side, you will have plenty of room..

I made my 700r4 work from having a full width axle that places the pinion further out than w/ a smaller axle, combined with some pan rail grinding, and an 1 3/4" drive shaft....

But ill crawl under and take a measurement tonight if someone else doesnt have one by then...

Mike. The Dodge 4sp AT sticks out to the PAss side also See this pic.

I measured and best I could tell with my angle square was 8.5-8.75" offset..

Your welcome to stop over and take a look at mine its in the nice warm garage...
