Dana 35 arb problem

I have a dana 35 arb locker and i cant get the long cross shaft out i removed the bolt and it wont come out even with a punch and a hammer. it spins when i rotate the carrier and i dont know what to do any help would be appreciated thanks

the bolt holds a pin in u need a magnet to get the pin out then the cross pin will come out

the spider gear is fused to the cross shaft i think it rotates in the carrier so i dont think its the broke pin.
