Dana 35 Outer Axle Seal Still Leaking, HELP?

Help, Help, Help, I am fed up with my passenger side outer axle seal. I have replaced it twice and it is still leaking. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this problem. Please Help.
 
replace the bearing and the seal, the bearing is bad allowing axle to move up and down side to side and it is beating up the seal. Your axle is also probably grooved from said bad bearing, replace it with a axle saver bearing. seal and bearing made together and positions bearing at a different spot on axle shaft. to save you from having to buy a new shaft, NAPA has them.
 
You said your outer seal right? You might need to replace your inner axle seal as well. It is a cheap part but you have to pretty much take the whole axle apart.

There is no inner axle seal on a D35 rear axle......
