Dark Mode?

Am I missing it or is there not a setting to change the view to dark mode like most other Xenforo forums?

If not, can it be added at some point?
 
We'd have to create a whole separate template.
 
So you are saying it is not an enhancement that will happen or is it an enhancement that will take a lot of time, please be patient?
