The colors they used make it a little confusing....they don't represent light/dark directly. The color shade indicates number of days per year. Darkest (brown) = 0 days, lightest color (yellow) =365 days.Hell i cant figure out the map...
never mind the shady part....duh. Seem a graph would give reasonable data....minus locations I guess and the time zones.
