Other cheap ones are on edelbrock's online store...they are discontinuing all shocks.

Be careful if you get any of the reservoirs, they are a different style than they show, they changed their design (for the worse) and I had a hell of a time returning them.

What's the real deal w/ the reservoir style?

Summit had the correct shocks for the rear of my truck, they also had the 'lifted' (collapsed they are 1" longer) version with remote resevoirs (only for the rear). 4 shocks, shipped, two remote resevoir, for $279. Thats $70/shock, for nitrogen charged shocks I'd say thats a pretty good deal. I'll update when they show up with what I think of them, hopefully I can have them installed before the KOH trip. I've been wanting to buy shocks for it for a few years now, no better time than when they are cheap I guess...

Installed the shocks, the fronts are the red, 'factory' replacements, the rears are chrome, remote resevoir's. Both front and rear shocks are NICE, especially since I only have $70 each in them.

The RR's I bought have around 11" of travel, so they would be great for an off-road vehicle. The ride seems about the same as stock, maybe less bouncy, my factory shocks were rusted, and had some dead spots in them, but they still 'worked' I guess.
