Death Wobble???

Quick question.... When i'm driving down the road at around 35-45 mph and hit a bump or anything, my jeep starts shaking really violently. I'm pretty sure this is the death wobble. Im in the process of replacing my front wheel hub assembly and adding an adjustable trac bar. Any advice on anything else? Thanks.

did you need to give little more info is it lifted, tires size ....etc...etc
