My 97 wrangler has some serious death wobble after it sits overnight, it starts when you hit a small bump and won't stop till you slow down to almost a complete stop, any ideas?

check your wheel bearings, balljoints, tie rod end's.. jack up one front tire and try to rock the wheel up/down + left/right + in/out, repeat on other side.

x2 + alignment

Have a buddy watch the front steering set up and track bar mounts while you turn the steering back and forth slowly. Do this with the Jeep on the ground. This will most likely show if there are any loose connections due to the added force. Most likely it is in the track bar mounts.

x2, but I'd also check that the track bar is torqued properly.

I posted a similar post a while back. Have a 98 Cherokee with the same problem. Since then had a friend who took it to an alignment shop and had it fixed for about $60 bucks. Im not sure what they are replacing. Good luck fixing it.
