Had my eye on that as well. Looks pretty nice.

Not bad for a small fab shop. Most $$ would be in the turning tools/bits. The tooling shown is pretty primitive, but most fab work is not going to require anything too crazy. It looks like some bits may be carbide tipped. If that's the case, be sure to ge a diamond wheel for your grinder to re-sharpen them.
