I expected a deer story or picture. "Tooling down the highway and a Deer RUNS INTO MY TRUCK." not I hit a deer with my truck. Isn't that how your luck usually goes @UncleWillie ?

Years ago My aunt was driving home from work with her brand new minivan. Saw the deer coming from the field and hit the brakes to avoid it but the thing ran smack into the side sliding door and left 8 holes from its rack in the van. Snapped it’s neck and it laid right there on the side of the road. My uncle came and took it home for freezer meat cause it was in perfect shape (except the broke neck) van went to the shop for a new door lol.

Plowed one on Wednesday PM returning from dinner 3/4 of a mile away... it did NOT get up and did NOT total the hyper-miler (2013 Kia Forte = slightly more material than a riding lawnmower, slightly)

Pretty close. My ex Mother in law came home one day with 6 holes in her crushed passengers side door. A deer ran into her at a stop sign. She said it pushed the car sideways.
