Dented XJ

Hi all, i know some of you all will say dents add character, but i don't need this kind of character right now... I being the genous that i am have managed to get a dent in the drivers side door, just to the left and below the handle. I was able to plunge it about half out, but the rest i can't get out. Short of removing the panel and punching it back out (seems like a pain), anyone have any ideas for getting this out?

gonna have to pop it from the inside more than likely... door panels arent too bad to pull

Pull the panel and insert an uninflated basketball. Pump ball up until it pops out.
