Detached Garage Builders

[YJJPWrangler]

Gathering information on reputable builders in/around Charlotte for a detached garage. I'm looking to go 30x30(maximum size I can get by with). I want the front facing of the garage to be brick(to match the house) and the rest can be vinyl. Anybody got any recommendations on builders around here?

Id also consider doing metal on all the other sides.

We do at my work. Little behind on time but we have 30x... You want, we're only ones who use 13g tubing, comes with engineered drawing and all pass inspection. The 30wide trusses I make are pretty beefy. Check us out, Holland Metal Products..yes he will go to Charlotte from hickory on bigger jobs but we're out bout 8weeks.

Probably any Good builders, are booked out 8 weeks! Now if you just want a carport, a couple weeks.

Find someone with a CMGT degree to do the work. Better yet, find one with a MCM. They can handle it.

had great response from Capitol Buildings- but ended up putting shop under house.
