Did anyone here build this XJ?

My neighbor just bought it from someone who bought it built. The guy he bought it from claimed it had a D44 and "some bigger Chrysler rear." Looks like a LP30 and an 8.25 to me, but the lift looks like it was done well and it drives great. I'm just looking for the actual build specs.
