I didn't see one but I was wondering what everyone here does. I used to be original and would surprise her. Now, I've become the unoriginal flower and card guy. I thought about a Pajama-gram this year but I'm not sure. It may be too late :eek:
 
BF Got me a transfercase mount for the Jeep

I TRIED to get him a scope, but he already ordered one, Then I TRIED to get him some bullets, but he already bought some.. I TRIED to take him out to eat, but he refused

So I just called it even on what he owed me
 
when we lived in Knoxville we always went to the Macaroni Grill to eat for Valentines Day. It started the year that her BF at the time gave her $50 and said "Here's some money, go getcha something." So she drove back to Knoxville and took me out to eat. I also broke up with my GF the day before (13th) so it worked out for the both of us.

We're married now and back in NC w/o one around. I thought the PJ-gram might work but those damn things are expensive.
 
Bad news. Due to the commercials, all the pj-grams are sold out.
How do I know? Well, I was gonna do teh same thing, looked into it last week... then put it off... checked again on Monday... unless yer girl is a XXL or something, optiosn pretty limited.

We had a discussion about this last night. After 8 years of marriage (and 4 years dating prior), we agree that it's kind of silly. We agree that we love each other all te htime, and buying something on this one day, 'just 'cause Hallmark says so, is stupid.
Instead, this weekend we'll spend a little more money hanging out w/ some buddies...

That said, I usualy show up at her classroom w/ something cheesy just 'cause the kids think it's funny.
 
well, i did the PJ-gram and they had her size. She's an XXXXXL..... :lol: No, really they did. I got her a medium and probably paid too much. They did have limited sizes on some of the ones but the one I picked out was good to go. Now, I've got to buy flowers :shaking:
 
We both agreed not to buy into the Hallmark hype, and don't do anything special.

Same here. The wife and I have never done anything special for Valentine's. Which, in turn, saves me money to put into the bronco.:flipoff2:
 
i would get my girl some tools....but she already has EVERYTHING...including a better welder than me, studgun for body work etc etc.........so im stuck...i got her flowers last year...but i want to do something REALLY good so i can get her back......we broke up due to her bein in school all the time and our work schedules.......f'in sucks.......any ideas?

Not that could be pulled off apprropriately in < 12 hours. "win her back" level of woo-ing requires some planning, dude.

It's about the same amount of fun, Watching water boil and the state game that is.....
 
i have til sunday....i was bout to say sat but ill be at dpg.....i dont have to win her back really cuz we both still really love each other, its just that neither of us (mostly her actually due to still bein in school) dont have much time to do anything..........so since i have til sunday, any ideas?
 
Skipping DPG and spend the day may be a strat, or is it REALLY going to work. Hey if she's into all the cool work toys then take her wheeling.
 
she loves to wheel with me, but i dont have a truck runnin/wheelable right now...ridin with my buddy, and shes workin on her camaro that day......spendin time with her dad
 
Cool sounds like a pretty cool chick, if shes into all that give her an iou for a trip for two to wheeling spot of her choice. Score for the both of ya.
