Diff. cover recommendations?

We like to think our covers are indestructable! And Chase is a great guy to deal with, every vender on this board is a pretty straight forward guy.....And I have dealt with most of them.

Is it in just the raw steel? Whats the protocol on painting something like this?
 
Degrease, prime and spray, or if you are lazy, just spray.

Question, how hot will this cover get?

The paint I am going to use says not to use if the temps get above 200...
