It really needs them all the way around so it doesnt bounce as you walk around. Using just the wheel in the front makes it wobble plus it runs out of height to get the wheels off the ground.

If you need a large griddle, I happen to know where you could get a propane fired one for a good deal.
 
setup is looking good. The griddle I have would have been way too big for that spot anyways...

I hope there is plenty space for tanks, as all those things will suck the fuel. Esp when you add in the fryer and smoker :D

in the works is a double tank set up, the smoker is a tragaer and will be in the front where the cast iron pots will set....
 
Sourced jacks for the roof, lights(which are badass), mounted the brackets to hold the cast iron pots, screwed the grill down and the griddle.
