what do you call those guys that build sick nasty muscle cars with twin blowers but never race them?

Scared of their own creation...

SCCA/NASA/BMWCCA Racers are another one. Multiple regional races throughout the year then possibly qualifying to go to National Runoffs. Most of these are footing most of the bill themselves to race that often.
