Dirty cummins fuel filter

Changed my filters yesterday and the rear one that always finds a way to shower me in fuel had rusty looking junk on it. Anyone seen something like this? It would wipe off the filter.

I change them every 15k with Mopar filters.
Fill up once a week at sams club.

This is probably the reason, sam's probably isn't the best fuel... But the good news is if the front filter was fine, this rear one did its job. But I'd expect more from the next one you change until the tank is diluted/ cleaned out.

It is cheap though! 1.90 gal. Guess I'm getting what I pay for.

I didn't pay much attention to the filter under the hood. I Need to go look at it.
