I'm going to be converting a 2wd Ranger into a 4wd and I would like to keep the motor and tranny I have now. I have enough wheelbase and space to run a divorced case and I would need it to be a driver side drop. I know the divorced Ford 205 case would work but are there any others? I thought some of the FSJ's came with divorced cases? Are there any good import divorced cases out there?

Ford is the only driver's drop. Easy to do but more than likely you'll need lots of lift. If you do a search, there's one for sale in Winston Salem that's set up for twin stick for cheap. It's even cleaned up nicely.

as said, the ford 205 is the only driverside divorced case... If you decided to go PSD, you have the options of a 205, or zuk case... I think I even saw a kit to divorce a yota case as well...

I know you said you wanted to keep your tranny, but it might be easier to get a ranger or BII 4wd 5spd and case...
