I am sure this has been discussed before. I didn't pay a lot of attention since I wasn't in the market for it, now I am.
I did some liner once in my old Jeep, it went on easy but cured like black glass. It also cracked and chipped out like glass too. Some cheap stuff from Advance, I think it was Bondo brand.
Truck came with carpet or mat removed, has rust in floor that will be repaired/patched. I want to line it with some type of liner to hide some pitting and the repairs.
so, what to use that won't break the broken bank?
Where to get it and will it come in colors?

Lowes hardware has herculiner for 69$ for the kit

my jeep is painted with raptor liner. It has held up well the last 2 years. You can get it in black or tintable. You can mix what ever color you would like with it. It does not take much paint to tint it. Can buy in either a kit with the Spray gun and 4 quarts of liner for around $120 (be careful make sure it comes with gun, I have seen kits sold without the gun for same price) or can buy the gun by itself and buy it one quart at a time. The overall finish is smoother than hurculiner. I painted inside of my old scout with hurculiner and I had a hard time cleaning it cause it is a rougher finish guess due to rolling it on instead of spraying it on.

I've got raptor in my rig also. Yes, good masking is a must if you care about overspray. It does come with instructions, it is super easy and straightforward to use. I suck with rattlecans also, everything I paint gets a run. The raptor, however, turned out beautifully!

Definitely tape it off. Instructions say to use lower psi but I didn't have a regulator at the time so my jeep was sprayed at a full 175psi. Still went on nice and pretty. One spot I got to close and had a ugly spot from the high pressure but that's it. It is very forgiving and sure even more so at a lower pressure. And if you ever have to fix a spot hang on to extra bottles and spray right over and you will never see it. It blends great. bottles come With lines on them, just add paint to next line on bottle for Color and then fill to top line with Hardner and shake that simple. Gun screws directly onto bottle.
