Do Beam's Seatbelts have a warranty?

When I bought my jeep is has a pair of Beam's Industries Tri-Lock[emoji769] Seatbelt Systems in the front and the date is 1/17/14. The driver one will not release, it is locked and cannot be used. Do they have a warranty, or will fix one? Anyone know? Below is a pic of the tag.

Tag says installation not warranted, so I'm assuming they will warrant their product. There's a number at the bottom of their page...
