I have been there. (MOAB) They do frown on fenderless rigs. If you have headlights,tail lights,Brake lights, rear view, etc. they usually don't mess with you in town as long as you are going to and from trails. DO NOT got past town limits period. State boys will nail you to the wall!! What I call Intown trails include, Hells revenge, Fins & things, Pritchett Canyon. Most all trails have big parking areas at the trail head. Alot of the trails start and end near the same place. A time or two we had to hitch a ride to get back to the tow rig. Not really a problem. If you go alone (as in 1 rig like we did) CITY Market is the unofficial meeting place. Be there around 8am and there will be plenty of groups to ride with. KC
