Dodge 2500 leveling kit questions

I've got a 2000 Dodge 2500 and I'm looking to run a leveling kit up front.
Two questions...
1. What inch kit would be ideal to keep it level without doing anything to the rear?
2. What would be good to go with for the price? I don't need one all blinged out, but I don't want it falling apart on me either. I've seen ones made from polyurethane or ones made from metal to space the existing bushing, but that's all I know.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris

Yea I just bought a 2" kit for like $65 shipped to me, it seemed like all the kits I looked at were just metal spacers with studs pressed in for the shock tower and reuse the stock spring isolator bushing thing.

Heck half of the full lift kits I saw had just front spacers not coils, I saw spacers for like 5.5", which seemed really sketchy to me, but there were normal brand name kits with those :shaking:

So it looks like the 2" kit is the way to go. I just don't want to front nose high, might have a different outcome with mine being a 2500, guess I'll see.

Ricky, what are you going to do with the other truck you picked up?

Go with the cheapest 2" you can find. It's all the same. Here's what mine sits like with a 2" spacer and 35's. It clears parking decks (clt apt and such) by about an inch. Any taller and it would be worthless as a working truck.

( I really need a better picture.)

Bringing an older topic up... I see the companies that use studs instead of welded on bolts and how much they knock on the ones that don't use studs. I ordered a kit and what do you know, I get the ones with welded bolts... I don't know if I should send these back and order some that use studs, or should I not be too worried

Thanks
