Dodge 3.9 liter mystery plugs

My friend has a 1995 dodge 1500 with a 3.9 liter. He's doing the clutch, rear main seal, and oil pump. Can anyone tell us what the two plugs (with 3/8 drive heads) above the crank do? The one to the left is backed out a bit and the one on the right is almost flush.

Oil galley plugs my friend. I'd remove them, add some Teflon thread sealer and reinstall.
That's the camshaft plug in between them.
