I was slightly off in my years in the e-mail I sent you. You'd want a '81+ birf to work right with your minitruck...
'76-'80 has a 10mm longer stub shaft than a mini / '81+ birf. Warn hubs wouldn't care, aisins will. These years are the undesirable ones.
Any birf prior to the disc brake era (started in '76) will be 10-spline coarse spline stuff, I've got some of that in a bucket, free to whomever wants it.

if the cruiser has disc brakes then the birfs should work......
i got a disc brake conversion for my LC but use the birfs as spares in my 4Runner
