Does Anyone Know This SUV?

This SUV hit a friend of @VortecJeep and mine on his bicycle at 6:50am on 9/29 at the intersection of Pitt School and Weddington Roads in Concord and then took off.
If anyone has information that could lead us to the owner it would be much appreciated.

Looks like they went mudding and didn't have enough cash to wash it clean, looks like mud on the roof and rear bumper.
