Does anyone know who built this truck

I am thinking of trading my 1ton for this tacoma with a sas just wanted to know if anyone has any info on the Toyota it's a 97 he says it's got 5:29 gears and a 4 cylinder with 37 12.50 16.5's

I know it looks like a 01^ in the front but he said it's a 97 I figured he swapped grills

Where are the drive shafts? and that long rear shackle lift would add some freaky sway on the street.
