Does your 110v Welder suck?

Your not far from my house if your let me know when your free I'll ride over and give you a hand setting up. Taking it to another guys gargae may not fix your issue, it may be a power issue in your garage.

First thing you need to do is replace your gas with a 75 25 mix, but if you can't do that I'll help you set it up on flux wire, I get as good of weld with flux once I wire brush the carbon away as I do with gas in most cases.

Thanks,

I will look into the gas, I need to return the bottle anyway and he has a small bottle that is empty so i will have it filled with 75/25

Well I swapped my 110v back to Flux Wire, And made a power cord from some 10/2 fine stranded service wire (Like a huge drop cord). I have 25 feet of it and wired it directly to the main panel to a 20 amp breaker to besure I was getting the amps the welder needed.

Used it yesterday and its worlds better, There is no way I was getting the power it needed before.

Thanks, For the suggestions, Turns out its a decent little welder.
