I having trouble getting my new doors to line up. They match up just fine at the bottom, but the sides are letting in to much air. With the winter coming I want to have this fixed. I may need to trim the top a little bit so it will line up with the cage. Good thing is I can carry a bobby pin to unlock it if I ever lock myself out!

And, my roof rack is flapping something awful!

Help me please.:flipoff2:

When DC put the jeeps together the doors are all measured and put on by hand. So a new different door will not line up correctly 90% of the time. What you need to do is take the door striker off and line it up to match. Once that is done everything else should line up correctly.

The striker pin is way to high it seems, and I think the hinges weren't aligned properly from the factory.

I'll probably just leave it woodgrain for that :bling: factor!
