Woah, heading south on 85 outside Oxford, saw an SUV flat towing a car, that had another car flat towing behind it. Basically a doubled-up flat tow.
And of course not a tag on either, but both r ear cars did have "being towed" written giant across the rear window.

There was another car flat towing one right behind him (2 cars, lol), I'm guessing it must be a dealer heading home from auction?

Were they wrecked? I've seen that a lot on auction days out on 40 from Graham.
didn't look like it, unless they were mildly front-ended so it was not obvious.

Were all of the vehicles completely full of crap and headed southbound?

At least they wrote "Being Towed" on the window. That's all it takes to pass the migrant worker safety inspection check with that type of load apparently. I'm surprised it didn't say "Been Toad"

And yes, I see TONS of them heading south from auction that way. Typically with the front fascia of the "toad" vehicle being torn off to expose the "bumper" and the tow bar bolted to it. I don't know how they can travel the distances they can without being pulled over. It's not like they are taking back roads to avoid detection either.

Pics or it didn't happen

Did he make it out of there? That's right up there!

Pretty sure you spotted another "road train" headed south to Mexico. When I lived in Texas I had to travel down US-59 a lot towards "The Valley" (Rio Grande Valley) and you would always run across these things. Minivans and mini-trucks were always teamed up three to a train and the minivans and truck beds were always full of stuff. All of them had temp or transporter tags from some state north or east of TX and the rear one would have a crappy "In Tow" sign or flashers on it. 4x4s were always a hot ticket and there was usually one or two in the group. The trains were usually three vehicles and there were usually three of them in a line. Quite scary to see on the road. Typically driving along at 50-60mph and no faster.

One time I did see a guy with a full size pickup towing a camper which was towing a 14-16' boat. I bet that was a handful!

I see it a lot on I-81.They have a car sale in VA that's open to the public and they go right by here headed to I-40.One time I saw a F-250 pullin a box van that had a car in the back and another car hooked to the bumper of the Box van, some pretty scary shit.:shaking:
