I'm going to an event at the Progress Energy Center/Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.

What's the best parking nearby? (this is on Saturday night)

Any good place to eat dinner and get in and out without having to mess with moving the car and parking again...something near the Auditorium??

Goin with the wife/lady friend? Check out "Cafe Luna" in Moore Square for dinner, awesome Italian, there is free weekend parking in the parking deck near there, off the top of my head I can't think of the walk from there to the auditorium though.

Tir Na Nog is also very awesome and depending on what time you are there could even have some live music going on. For cajun food The Big Easy is very good, on some evenings they have a sax player there. Both a quick walk from the auditorium.

I highly DO NOT recommend Raleigh Times.
