Anyone got a good quick method of draining the tank on my '93 ZJ... short of a hole saw to the bottom.
need to replace fuel pump, and it's got about 10 gallons still in it. I've tried Siphoning my '98 before, but never could. I think they have some sort of anti-siphoning contraption in it..

acutally my buddy had to siphon all his gas out. his is a 97. i dont think the 93 has a anti-siphon on it. but i could be wrong
Your best bet is to pull the filler tube and put a drain pan under it quick like so as not to spill too much. Then you can syphon the rest out from the filler tube. The anti syphon device is right where you will disconnect the tube. (It'll be on the non tank side) Clear as mud? Good luck.
