drive shaft cj swap manual to auto

I am swapping out my three speed dana 20 for a 904 dana 300 can anybody tell me if my drive shafts will be to long/short? Thanks

If your motor is in the stock position your rear will need shortened and the front lengthened. I am doing the same swap on my cj6. The difference isnt tremendous but its more than you would want by trying to compress/extend your stock driveshafts.

Thanks for the reply! Well maby I can find the ones that came with the tranny at the junkyard where I picked it up probably cheaper than what an axle shop would charge to shorten/ lengthen mine once again thanks!
