Has anyone took there drive shaft to a drive shaft shop to have then repair it? I was wondering how much it would cost to repair my drive shaft For a pickup truck
What kind of a price range did you pay them to repair it? Just asking Bc in my situation I'm seeing if it's cheaper to take it to a shop to repair it or just buy one online. thanksI'm not sure of the distance from you but @Olivers in Winston done mine and I am very satisfied with them. Prices are always fair.
Mine are custom .250 wall rock bouncing shafts so price won't be comparable to a stock type repair. I'm sure he will chime in or pm you. There are others around that do it but Dave is a wheeler and a tech supporter here on the board so he is my first choice. What kind of a price range did you pay them to repair it? Universal automotive in Concord has repaired, straightened and resized a couple shafts for me. They have always been quick with turnaround and reasonable with pricing.
