Went to the CNC Fall Bash this past weekend- had a great time. On the way back to camp- I heard an abnormal squeak. When I got home, I checked the front driveshaft- The front 1350 u-joint is toast. Needle bearings are dry and too much movement in general. When I started to take the snap rings out- I noticed that the yoke had wear marks. I always knew that the front driveshaft would bind slightly on full driver droop. I don't want to limit my suspension travel. Any other options? Different yoke, different U-joint, etc?? Currently using U-Bolts to attach to yoke on D60. This U-joint lived 14 years under hard abuse- so, it doesn't bind too bad...
