where can i go in nc and drive on the beach and will anywhere let you drive on the dunes

No dune driving ANYWHERE. The OBX (Corolla to Ocracoke) is under severe govt restriction concerning ORV access. www.obpa.com for more info.
Stay off the dunes please!!!! I have turned in quite a few in Hatteras as it destroys the dunes and their ability to withstand future hurricanes.
